Policies
Booking & Deposits
A signed agreement & deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both the agreement and deposit have been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date or upon arrival if paying in cash. Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
Alcohol Policy
Glamorous Garnish is a dry hire service. Client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol unless otherwise stated. We will take care of providing everything else.
We are happy to provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count and menu selections.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or otherwise poses a safety concern.
Guest Count & Event Changes
The final guest count must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.
Significant increases in guest count may require:
* Additional bartenders
* Additional bar equipment
* Additional service fees
RBS Compliance
In accordance with Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) guidelines, if the event is NOT 21+, guests appearing under 35 may be asked to present valid government-issued identification.
For events over 250 people, we ask guests be screened & ID'ed before coming in to the event with the event security. We will happily provide wristbands to insure a smooth & efficient flow of service.
Overtime
Service includes the hours outlined in your agreement.
Additional time requested during the event will be billed at an overtime rate of $50 per hour per bartender and is subject to staff availability.
Setup & Breakdown
Our team will arrive prior to service for setup and preparation. Clients must provide access to the event space at least one hour before service begins.
Clients must ensure that the service area is clean, accessible, and has the following utilities available:
- access to running water
- electricity
- trash cans
- safe and level setup area
- load-in access
If one or more of these utilities will NOT be available, please let us know in advance so we can figure out if it is possible to adequately accommodate you.
Glamorous Garnish reserves the right to refuse service if venue conditions are unsafe or violate local laws and regulations.
Travel Fees
Events outside of our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.
Parking fees, valet fees, and tolls are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are subject to availability.
Liability
The client assumes responsibility for all guests attending the event.
Glamorous Garnish and its staff shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from guest conduct, alcohol consumption, venue conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Right to Refuse Service
Glamorous Garnish maintains a professional working environment. For the safety of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who:
- Appears intoxicated
- Is unable to provide valid identification when requested
- Behaves aggressively, illegally, or inappropriately
- Creates an unsafe environment for staff or guests
Force Majuere
Glamorous Garnish shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Photography & Marketing
Glamorous Garnish may photograph or record portions of events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
No personal guest information will be shared without permission.
Friday & Saturday Minimum
Unless otherwise stated, Friday & Saturday bookings require a 4 hour minimum service.
Agreement
By submitting payment and booking services with Glamorous Garnish, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
